JD7 offers both private and semi-private basketball coaching sessions for athletes of all ages and skill levels. With years of experience and mastery of our extensive JD7 Coach training program, our coaches help athletes master basketball fundamentals that will help them on every team, and through every transition in their basketball careers; ultimately empowering young athletes to develop the confidence to succeed in basketball and beyond.

How are we different?

Select7 offers a better choice for youth recreational leagues. Your content goes here. Reasons why your customers should choose Select7 over other recreational leagues. Should include some good key words and lots of instruction both at practices and during games with a 4:1 training/coaching to play ratio.

All teams are coached by qualified basketball coaches who have attended the JD7 academy to master our training philosophies. Games are referreed by MHSAA referees. Clock and score table are staffed by our personnel.

Who can participate?

Select7 offers divisions for both boys and girls in grades 3-5 and 6-8.

Select7 programs are open to athletes at all skill levels and……*Kids trying to make a team, etc. Your content goes here. Why "Instructional"?

How does and instructional league differ from a regular recreational team? What happens during your games that differs from a recreational league. How does the “instructional” league work.

Athletes will work on building on their specific skill sets needed to be successful. These include ball handling, defense, offense, blah blah.

Teams practices twice weekly at a designated Huron Valley School Gymnasium

8 game seasons

JD7 Evaluation and Tier Levels

Every new JD7 athlete will be requred to attend an evaluation session to assess strengths and evaluate areas for growth. Athletes will then be assigned a tier level and be paired with the coach that best suits their needs and goals.


